Same basic idea as the Sterling Silver variety of our precious metal laces but made to look like the 18ct gold lines. All four ends of the laces are Sterling Silver but have got a thick 18ct gold plate finish. It is impossible to tell the difference between this pair and the real thing without looking closely and being able to read hallmarks. With the heavy micron plating on these you can change the laces between trainers without worry about the plating wearing off like on some cheap costume jewellery.
